Terms of Sale

This Terms of Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and YG Laboratories, Inc. (“YG Labs”) that governs your use of this e-commerce website. By utilizing this e-commerce website, User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated within this Agreement. YG Labs may amend these terms of sale at any time. User’s submission of an order at this website constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale stated at the time of order. You are encouraged to review payment terms at the time of your order.

To Place Your Order

All RTW orders must be placed on the YG Labs website at www.yglabs.com

Order Assistance

You will be assigned an Account Executive (AE) based on your geographical location, whose contact information will be provided to you.  You may also contact our Customer Service Department directly at 800.999.4569.  Note that a fee may be applied for ongoing order assistance.

People with disabilities that limit digital accessibility, please contact the Account Executive (AE) assigned to the region in which your business is located unless otherwise specified. The AE’s contact information will be provided to you by our corporate offices. Your AE provides three options when placing an order: (1) Email; (2) Text; (3) and/or Telephone. Whenever possible, orders should be submitted in writing either to your AE or directly with our Customer Service Department at 800.999.4569.

Minimum Orders

All first time opening orders must total at least $500.00. All subsequent orders must total at least $200.00.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. Further, we may at our sole discretion limit quantities on any order.


Significant savings are possible when you order larger quantities. Quantity price breaks occur at 4 and 12 units per size for professional products; 12, 36, and 72 units per product, per size for retail sizes and 12 and 36 units per size for trial sizes. Periodically, we also offer special promotions on certain products to provide you even better product margins. Professional Status

We sell only to licensed beauty professionals and established cosmetic companies. To qualify as an account, we require proof of professional status. A copy of your state esthetician license and/or business license is required at the time your account opens.

Account Name

Your account is based on your business name. If your business name changes, please notify us by submitting a copy of your new business license, along with any other new information.

Labeling Requirements

All YG Laboratories products are legally labeled according the U.S. FDA/CFSAN Cosmetic Labeling Regulations, with the exception of your brand name, which must appear on the front panel, along with the point of distribution, including city, state and zip code, which may appear on the front or back panels. It is a violation of Federal Law (CFR 21) to sell cosmetic products without a brand name or appropriate distribution information. The FDA maintains an informational website at http://www.fda.gov/Cosmetics/Labeling/Regulations which outlines the current regulations. 

Internet Commerce

All RTW products presented for sale on your website must be decorated with your company name, distribution information and other federally required labeling. Any product images displayed on your website must clearly show your LOGO or COMPANY NAME. Please see “Labeling Requirements” for more information.

Restricted Use of YG Laboratories Name

YG Laboratories is not a consumer brand. As such, we do not allow our company name to appear in direct relationship to RTW products advertised to consumers. This includes brochures, print advertisements, radio and television ads, and websites.

Payment Options/Policies

All orders are shipped by prepayment, VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover or on a previously approved net account.


  • New Accounts | all new clients to YG Laboratories are required to complete a New Account Application Form and sign the Terms & Conditions Form.
  • Credit Limit | will be based on your order and payment history.  YG strictly adheres to your credit limit. If you exceed the authorized amount, you will be required to pay the balance by credit card or check. You can also apply for a credit increase.
  • Will Call Orders | are pre-paid. Orders not picked up within 30 days of processing may be subject to restocking fees.
  • Returned Checks/Credit Card Denials | all returned checks and credit card denials are subject to a $35 service fee. YG reserves the right to discontinue check or credit card privileges after the second offense occurs within a 12-month period. Following, you will be required to pay by prepayment with cashier’s check or money order.

Delivery Time
All orders for RTW pre-packaged products are shipped within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Orders received by 2:00pm PST are processed on the same business day; orders received after 2:00pm PST are processed the following business day.

Changing Your Order
Please review your order prior to finalizing your purchase. YG Labs is unable to accept any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Shipping & Handling
Freight and handling costs will be determined at the time of shipment. All shipments are FOB from YG Laboratories’ factory in fountain Valley, CA, meaning that you are responsible for the shipment once it has left our factory. Standard shipping is by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Special handling fee may be added to your invoice charges where applicable.

Sales Tax
In order to waive sales tax, you must provide YG Labs with a signed YG Blanket Certificate of Resale if your shipping or billing address is in California. Note: All YG RTW products designated for professional-use-only sold in California are taxable, regardless of your tax-exempt status.

We make every effort to have the product you need in stock at the time of your order. On occasion, YG Labs can experience a backorder on an ingredient or packaging from our suppliers and this could affect our production cycles.  Requested items that are unavailable will not be put on backorder; a separate order will need to be placed once the product is available.  The minimum order requirement applies.

Substitute Packaging
A substitute package may be required to ship your product in a timely manner. These changes are usually temporary. No extra fees will be charged for temporary packaging, and the temporary package will not be replaced once it is shipped from our facility.  Every effort will be made by us to notify you prior to shipment that a packaging substitution has occurred.

Refusal of Shipment
If an order is refused for any reason, a shipping and handling fee and a 25% restocking fee with a minimum of $25 will be charged to your account. If you request the shipment to be sent again, an additional shipping and handling fee will be charged. Further shipments will be held until your account balance is paid in full.  If three shipments are refused within a three month period, your YG Laboratories account will be closed. Please be sure to make arrangements for receipt of shipments.

Order Errors
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify your AE of any errors in your order within 5 working days.

All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of shipment. You must contact your AE and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any product back to us. Any returned item received without an RA number will be rejected and returned to you freight collect. Returned products must be unused and unlabeled in their original, sale-able condition. Returns due to customer error will incur a 25% processing fee with a minimum of $25 at the time of return, as well as all shipping costs.

Damaged Shipments
If products are damaged in shipment, please keep the shipping carton and notify your AE and the carrier immediately. The carrier will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement.

Price Changes
While price changes are infrequent, YG Laboratories reserves the right to update its pricing at any time; when possible you will be informed one month prior to any amendments. However, some prices are subject to change without notice. Orders and back orders will be invoiced at the price on the date of the order.

Product Liability
We provide automatic liability coverage for each prepackaged product at $3,000,000 per incident. Please notify our Customer Service Department if you require a copy of the liability certificate. Bulk purchases intended for refill are not covered by YG liability insurance.

If you desire custom packaging or formulas, please contact your AE and we will have a representative from our Custom Department contact you immediately.
